This license does not include any right to resell or commercial use of our services, any derivative use, or any downloading or copying of information for the benefit of another party.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, upload, or create through our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Payment and Fees

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not paid us any fees.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Workware and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Workware operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.
